SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Please double check that your email and shipping address are correct at checkout to avoid any delays. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided. 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on all items except wearable items, due to health and safety precautions related to COVID-19.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped to be eligible. 

We offer either a replacement item or a store credit equal to the item's value (excluding shipping costs).

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the shipping of an replacement item.
